A new start in our restaurant

After modernisation and renovation, Stefan Fuß has reopened the restaurant in January 2011. 

Stefan Fuß, an experienced chef, gained his knowledge in "Kempinski Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten München", with star chef Heinz Winkler in Aschau and with star chef Manfred Schwarz in Heidelberg.

Now he is back home. With the support of Hans Kogler and the entire restaurant team he presents traditional, seasonal and creative dishes. 

Creativitiy is also the topic of the "Stueberl-Menu" with 3, 4 or 5 courses.

We provide a children menu as well.

True hospitality for more than 10 years

10 years ago Bernhard Graf took over the management of the Hotel Alter Wirt. This aniversary was celebrated in January 2011 with the entire team.

Bernhard Graf, a trained hotel business administrator, gained experiences in "Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München", "Kempinski Hotel Airport München", as well as several stays abroud, e.g. in Irland and France.
